After having a little chat with you and understanding what it is that you would like to achieve, I will create a training plan that is personalised to you. During our chat I'll also find out a little bit more about you; how much experience you have in the gym, your preferences with exercises and your current lifestyle. Your plan will also have links to form videos for every exercise. Even if you're not a beginner in the gym, these videos can be super useful as they also go through training cues and how to set up correctly!
Whether it's weightloss, muscle growth or building strength, I will be able to create a macro plan that is individual to your needs. Along with the plan, you will also be sent an information guide explaining macros, foods/ meal ideas that will help you reach your macro goals and also a little bit of information on supplements.
Everything you need will be in one space, on the app. This includes your training plan (with form videos and log book), macro plan (myfitnesspal can be linked), daily goals (steps, positive affirmations), and weekly goals (check ins, progress pics). This enables you to see exactly what needs to be ticked off each day.
Gold members will also have access to weekly online yoga classes. These classes will be in the style of Vinyasa and are perfect for anyone of any ability, no matter whether you’ve even tried yoga before or not! They will be accessible via the app, with a new class every week.
