New event... Yuletide Yin Yoga

If you're interested in a 1-1 session please give me a message/ email and I can arrange a call with yourself. During this call we'll discuss what it is you'd like to work on or achieve. This may be working towards a particular pose, working on decreasing stress/ anxiety or maybe you'd just like a session suited to your ability. 

1-1 sessions can either be held in your own home or in a studio (just to note the studio fee will be added onto the private class fee).  

I offer corporate classes to a group of any size. These classes can be tailored towards you and your employees, so whether its a class focused around bringing peace to the mind in order to destress or just to bring some movement into the workday, I can do. 

Price will depend on group size, location and length of session.

Please note, you will have to provide yoga mats yourselves. 

Looking to enjoy celebrating your special day with a focus on wellbeing? Private yoga events can be a great option! Similar to 1-1 classes, I'd ask you to give me a message/ email and  I can arrange a call with yourself. This call will go through what you'd like during the event. I can offer various services throughout the event- vinyasa or yin class, guided meditation, breathwork or maybe a mix of them all!

Price will depend on group size, location and length of event. 

Please note, I have equipment for a group size up to 8. If there are more than 8 people, you will have to provide your own mats/ equipment.
